These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Provaprep app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

What the app is (and is not)

The app is a study tool for people preparing for U.S. real estate licensing exams. It is an independent educational product: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state real estate commission, licensing authority, or official exam provider. Using the app does not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Exam content, rules, and requirements vary by state and change over time; you are responsible for confirming your state's current requirements with the official licensing authority.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Core, Plus, Elite) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change; changes apply to future billing periods, not past ones.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or scrape the app's question bank or other content, reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that violates any law.

Intellectual property

The app, including its question bank, explanations, design, and code, is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to keep study content accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or reflects the most recent laws or exam requirements in your state.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
